1. Kocok telur, gula dan SP sampai mengembang dan kental.
2. Lalu masukan tepung terigu, bubuk coklat aduk rata.
3. Lalu masukan butter leleh, coklat pasta, rhum, SKM aduk rata dengan spatula sampai homogen.
4. Lalu masukan kedalam loyang uk 20 yang sudah dialasi kertas roti, panggang dengan oven yg sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya dengan suhu 180 - 190 dengan waktu 25 - 30 menit atau sesuaikan dengan panas oven masing masing.
5. Setelah mateng, dinginkan cake, saya belah 2 cakenya dan setiap lapisan sebelum ditimpa buttercream saya olesin air darkchery kalengan,baru timpa buttercream dan seterusnya, hias sesuai selera aja ya 🙏.
