  3. Karna saya pakai wajan yg sama, stlah bumbu halus nya menyusut saya tambahkan air panas penuh sewajan (tapi jgn penuh2 ya nanti tumpah hehe) lalu saya masukan bumbu cemplung, daging, & kecap manis secara bersamaan. aduk2 sebentar. tunggu sampai airnya sisa sedikit..
  4. Setelah sblmnya airnya sudah terserap daging sedikit, masukan lg air panas secukupnya, telur rebus, kentang & bumbu penyedap. aduk2 rata tunggu sampai meletup2 dan agak kental kuahnya lalu koreksi rasa.. Semur Daging
