  1. Siapkan dandang untuk mengukus dengan tutup dandang yg dilapisi kain. Panaskan sampai mendidih..

  4. Mixer semua telur bersama gula dengan kcepatan tinggi sampai kental berjejak..

  8. Cara buat Butter cream.. masukan unsalted butter (boleh pakai rumbutter, mentega putih), masukan skm secukupnya, 1 sdt pasta coklat, 1/2 sdt zero bakar, mixer dengan low speed sampai mengembang..
  9. Oles ke setiap lapisan kue yg sudah di belah mnjadi 3 lapis, tambahkan symple syrup, lapisi dengan selai bluberry di lapisan bawah dan tengah, oles buttercream keseluruh bagian kue sampai merata..
  10. Beri hiasan irisan coklat keseluruh bagian kue sampai menutup, beri taburan topping sesuai selera. Sajikan..

  12. Note : Kalo tidak ada bahan untuk mmbuat butter cream, bisa pakai whipped cream cair atau bubuk lebih nikmat😊.. whipped cream bubuk bisa pkai merk Haan, whipped cream cair boleh pakai merk anchor..
