  5. Lalu, masukkan mentega yang sudah dilelehkan.
  6. Aduk balik hingga tercampur rata semua.
  7. Tuang adonan ke 2 atau 3 loyang, bagi rata. Aku ke 2 loyang karna loyangnya cuma 2 dan males nunggu gantian loyang hehe.
  8. Panaskan oven 200° selama 10 menit, lalu masukkan loyang ke dalam oven, kurleb selama 30 menit.
  9. Sambil menunggu cake matang, bikin whipcream dulu buat polesan.
  10. Kocok dengan mixer kecepatan tinggi, whip cream dan air es 6-7 menit.
  11. Untuk dark chocolate, diserut pakai kupasan kentang..
  12. Tips: Gunakan piring/alas datar untuk dark chocolate yang sudah diserut, agar ga mudah menggumpal gumpal.
  13. Setelah cake nya matang, oleskan whipcream tadi di atasnya. Lalu tumpuk dengan cake satunya.
  14. Baluri seluruh cake dengan whipcream. Dan taburi dark choco yang sudah diserut tadi. Jadi dehhhh!.
