  1. Pertama kita siapkan sayap ayam nya di sini aku pake 6 potong sayap ayam dan aku belah masing masing jadi 2 bagian (kalian bisa ganti atau tambahkan bagian ayam yg lain nya)setelah selesai cuci bersih dan tiriskan.
  2. Selanjutnya kita blender halus bumbu yaitu bawang putih, jahe dan kunyit lalu tambahkan sedikit air dan kita blender sampai halus.
  3. Selanjutnya kita tuang bumbu halus nya ke dalam wadah lalu tambahkan telur, tepung jagung, garam, gula, dan serbuk cabe / paprika bubuk lalu aduk rata sampai semua tercampur lalu setelah itu masukan daun kari yg sudah kita potong potong dan aduk kembali.
  4. Setelah itu masukan sayap ayam nya lalu aduk sampai semua tercampur dan setelah kita diamkan agar meresap di kira kira aja mau berapa lama nya di sini aku hampir 30 menit krn aku masak menu yg lain dulu 😁.
  5. Setelah itu kita panaskan minyak, setelah minyak panas goreng ayam nya di api sedang sampai warna berubah kecoklatan jangan lupa di bolak balik agar matang nya merata, setelah berubah kecoklatan selanjutnya angkat dan tiriskan.
  6. Ayam goreng siap di hidangkan, rasanya gurih dan aroma daun kari bikin menggoda oh ya kalo gak ada daun kari bisa di skip ya tapi lebih enak aja kalo ada daun kari bau nya itu enak bgt selamat mencoba & semoga bermanfaat ya 😊.
